Rev. Brian Cornelius was born in Kenya and completed his high school in Toronto, while immersing himself in the faith of his birth, Pentecostalism. Feeling called to ministry Brian complete education programs at a variety of Theological institutions. While completing a MA (Theology) he began attending First United in Ottawa, and in 1993 joined in ministry with Northwester United Church in Ottawa. In 2003 he served as Acting Executive Secretary for Montreal & Ottawa Conference. In 2005 he joined First United in Ottawa where he continues to serve.
