The Rev. Dr. Bob K. Fillier, Trinity United Church in Prince George, BC, completed his undergraduate work at Memorial University of Newfoundland focusing on anthropology and religious studies where he completed a thesis entitled, "Tension in the Manse: women clergy's treatment compared to their clergy spouse." Bob concluded his ministry training at Queen's Theological College, Kingston Ontario and finished his doctoral work at the University of Chicago focusing on preaching. His thesis was entitled, "iPreach: The Use of Digital Media and The Art of Preaching." Bob has been part of ministries ranging from rural to urban settings; from Newfoundland to Vancouver Island and places in between. He is passionate about the church being focused on reaching out and being inviting. He's equally passionate about embracing new technologies and leveraging them for ministry.
